What is free
Every funeral home and cremation provider we can verify gets a free standard listing with a profile page, contact links, and (where available) a publicly-sourced rating shown with a disclosure.
What is paid
- Enhanced listing — an owner-verified profile with a logo, photos, an owner-supplied description, and a monthly activity summary. Labeled as owner-verified.
- Sponsored placement — a clearly labeled “Sponsored” position. Sold by inquiry, not self-service.

What payment does and does not do
Payment may affect clearly labeled placement but does not change ratings, factual listing information, or editorial guidance. Sorted and factual comparison results are not reordered to favor a paying business. Sponsored entries are never presented as editorial recommendations.
Links
Paid outbound links use rel="sponsored noopener". We do not sell
“dofollow” link value or SEO backlinks.
Affiliate links
We do not currently use affiliate links. If that changes, affiliate links will be disclosed on the pages where they appear and this page will be updated.
Measurement
For enhanced listings we report profile views and phone / website / directions click counts. Clicks and profile activity can be measured, but calls, appointments, and service selections are not guaranteed.
